I have the right to say no to a commission.
You must give me a reference sheet. I can't work well with descriptions.
Full body, flat colored, digital references are desired; If you supply me with a shaded or traditional reference, I may not get your characters design right.
The more information you give me in your note about my commission, the more accurate the piece will be.
Time-span and Deadlines::
I keep my To Do list below this price sheet.
I try and do everything in order so if the list is long, you're probably in for a wait.
I will only do deadlines if they are 100% necessary.
I will only do holidays with at least one-two months in advance, -depending on the size of the piece- due to demand.
I can do birthdays and anniversaries with at least two-four weeks -depending on the size of the piece- in advance.
Payment::
If the total price is under $5.00 or 400 Points, you can pay before or after I finish your commission.
If the total price is above $5.00 or 400 Points, you MUST pay before I start your commission.
My PayPal is toxinhawk@gmail.com. I only take PayPal.
Rights::
DO NOT claim my artwork as your own, and DO NOT make a profit off of it.
You can use it anywhere you would like.
If I make a mistake on a character design (only if you gave me a CLEAR reference sheet of the character) I will go back and fix it
If there is a misunderstanding on my part and are not satisfied, I can pay you back half of the purchase price.
If there is a misunderstanding on your part and you are not satisfied, I will not refund you.
Other then that, I do not do refunds.
